1. Q: What is the warranty of your agricultural machines?
A: 1 year guarantee for whole machine ( except quick-wear parts ), engine and gear box.
2. Q: Are there any optional parts for your Tractors ?
A: Yes, Many optional parts available
3. Q: How long is your delivery time ?
A: Normally it takes 15-20 days to deliver after your deposit receipt or L/C at sight.
4. Q: How many harvesters can be loaded in one container ?
A: (1) 20 Feet Container load 10units. 40 Feet container load 24 units
5. Q: What is the payment term ?
A: Irrevocable L/C at sight or 30% T/T in advance and balance against B/L copy.
6. What is the after-sales service ?
A: We have engineers and after-service staff to local market to assist our sales agent for staff training, marketing, advertising, maintaining and repairing the machine during the harvesting season.
7. Is OEM or ODM service acceptable ?
Yes, if you have any special requests about the machines, please kindly inform us, our engineering department will study and offer you the suitable solution.
