1.Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Normally, it takes 15-20 working days to delivery after your deposit receipt or L/C at sight
2.How many spare parts can be loaded in one container?
1)20 Feet Container loads:15-18tons
2)40 High Cube Container loads:30-35tons
3)Sample or LCL shipment are also welcome
3.Q: What is the payment term?
A: Irrevocable L/C at sight or 30% T/T in advance and balance against B/L copy.
4. Q: What is the after-sales service ?
A: Every year we send our engineer and after-service people to local market to assist our sales agent for staff training, marketing, advertising, maintaining and repairing the machine during the harvesting season.
5. Q: Is OEM or ODM service acceptable ?
A: OEM service is no problem, if you have any special requirements about the machines, please kindly inform us, our engineering department will study and offer you the suitable solution.
